Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies for Jubilee Asset Management. This role aims to drive brand visibility and lead generation through data-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The executive ensures that all digital content is compliant with financial regulations and maintains brand consistency, while utilizing advanced analytics to track performance and improve the return on investment for all digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence through engaging content and community management
- Optimize digital advertising spend across search, social, and display networks
- Utilize Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager to track and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality asset delivery and brand alignment
- Maintain digital brand consistency while adhering to internal compliance and regulatory standards
- Integrate CRM tools to monitor the digital sales funnel and customer engagement trends
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM software)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel digital campaigns effectively
- Previous experience working with creative or media agencies is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and consumer behavior
