Digital Marketer
Role Overview
This role drives online visibility and customer engagement through practical, results-focused digital marketing. You will manage content, paid campaigns, and analytics to support lead generation and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
- Create engaging digital content such as graphics, videos, reels, and posts
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
- Update website content and support basic SEO initiatives
- Monitor and respond to online enquiries, reviews, and engagement
- Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare reports
- Support online promotions, partnerships, and brand campaigns
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to promote services and events
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO and website management is an advantage
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
