Role Overview

The Dentist will diagnose, treat, and manage dental and oral health conditions, ensuring excellent patient experience and adherence to best clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct oral health assessments and develop patient treatment plans.
• Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and restorations.
• Promote oral hygiene education and preventive dental care.
• Ensure infection control and compliance with clinical safety standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and mentorship of junior staff.
• Support community dental outreach programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university.
• Valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a dental setting.
• Excellent communication, patient care, and diagnostic skills.
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based dental practice.
