Role Overview
The Dentist will diagnose, treat, and manage dental and oral health conditions, ensuring excellent patient experience and adherence to best clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct oral health assessments and develop patient treatment plans.
- Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and restorations.
- Promote oral hygiene education and preventive dental care.
- Ensure infection control and compliance with clinical safety standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and mentorship of junior staff.
- Support community dental outreach programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university.
- Valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a dental setting.
- Excellent communication, patient care, and diagnostic skills.
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based dental practice.
