Dean of Students
Role Overview
The Dean of Students will provide strategic leadership in student welfare, discipline, development, and spiritual formation across the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead student welfare, discipline, accommodation, catering, sports, and health services
- Oversee student orientation, associations, and clubs
- Coordinate spiritual formation with the Chaplaincy department
- Provide leadership in student support services and policy implementation
- Support the University Strategic Plan 2025–2030
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Theology, Education, Social Sciences, or related field
- PhD is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in student affairs leadership
- Registered with a relevant professional body
- Committed Christian aligned with University values
