Role Overview

The Data Engineer & Analytics Specialist designs, builds, and maintains robust data pipelines and analytics solutions that transform ERP data into reliable insights. The role supports data-driven decision-making across finance, operations, HR, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Automation

• Build and maintain data pipelines from ERP Next into the analytics warehouse.
• Develop data models, fact tables, and marts aligned with reporting needs.
• Automate ingestion, transformations, validations, and refresh schedules.
• Implement data quality checks and exception alerts.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting logic.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and executive reporting.

Data Governance & Documentation

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and historical integrity.
• Maintain clear documentation of data sources, logic, and dependencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in data modeling, analytics, and Power BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, DAX, and cloud data warehouses.
• Certifications in Power BI or Snowflake are an advantage.
