Role Overview
The Customer Service Executive / Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring efficient front office operations, accurate records management, and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Manage front office records and patient information
- Support appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Utilize Health Management Information Systems for data entry and reporting
- Maintain effective communication with clinical and administrative teams
Qualifications
- Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a service-oriented industry
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Health Management Information Systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
