Customer Service Executive / Front Office Receptionist

Role Overview

The Customer Service Executive / Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring efficient front office operations, accurate records management, and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and assist patients and visitors professionally
  • Manage front office records and patient information
  • Support appointment scheduling and patient flow
  • Utilize Health Management Information Systems for data entry and reporting
  • Maintain effective communication with clinical and administrative teams

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a service-oriented industry
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Health Management Information Systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
