Role Overview

The Customer Service Engineer will support local and regional projects while ensuring operational efficiency for key clients. The position focuses on equipment maintenance, process optimization, and engineering support for B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and engineering solutions for food and beverage clients.
  • Implement local deployments of global projects and training programmes.
  • Manage equipment sourcing, maintenance, and spare parts optimization.
  • Conduct hygiene audits and recommend process improvements.
  • Supervise site technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance plans.
  • Prepare technical reports and client performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in technical service or industrial engineering (B2B setup).
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and technical reporting.
  • Fluency in French and English required.
