Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)

Role Overview

This role sits at the centre of order execution and customer satisfaction. The position ensures orders move smoothly from confirmation to delivery while maintaining strong coordination across production, warehousing, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Achieve and sustain high On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers on order status
  • Resolve delivery, order, or service issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Warehousing, and Logistics teams
  • Monitor order flows and flag potential delays early
  • Support continuous improvement in customer service performance

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities accurately
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams
