Role Overview

As a Customer Service Champion, you will be the friendly face and voice of Choux Bakery, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service both in-person and online. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and contribute to maintaining Choux Bakery’s warm and professional image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels.

  • Manage orders, handle complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Support the sales team by promoting bakery products and upselling where possible.

  • Collaborate with the baking team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Apply customer service principles to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Work efficiently under pressure during high-demand periods.

  • Ensure attention to detail in every interaction and task.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in hospitality or retail).

  • Sales experience is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

  • A passion for creating positive customer experiences.
