Africa Safari Trips is seeking an energetic Customer Satisfaction Agent & Sales Support Specialist to deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless safari experiences for local and international travelers.

Role Overview
The Customer Satisfaction Agent will handle client communication, coordinate with internal teams, manage ground operations, and resolve customer concerns to guarantee an unforgettable safari experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 emergency support for clients during their trips.
- Handle ground inquiries, direct bookings, and payment verifications.
- Resolve customer complaints in coordination with reservations and transport teams.
- Conduct post-trip follow-ups to measure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
- Manage refunds and client compensation requests when applicable.
- Maintain accurate communication records and trip documentation.
- Occasionally meet clients for on-site issue resolution or feedback sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer Relations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar tourism or customer support role.
- In-depth knowledge of Kenya’s safari destinations and tour operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (German preferred).
- Familiarity with tour planning software and CRM systems.
