Role Overview
The Customer Experience Executive will manage relationships with employers and banks, oversee premium collection processes, and enhance customer experience through efficient communication and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with employers and banks for accurate premium setups and collections.
- Maintain analytics to improve premium success rates and minimize defaults.
- Monitor compliance with AML and regulatory reporting standards.
- Ensure prompt allocation and reconciliation of premium payments.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to optimize customer onboarding.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–3 years’ experience in financial services or insurance.
- Strong knowledge of premium collection processes and data reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional qualifications in insurance or accounting are an advantage.
