Curriculum and Training Advisor SunCulture Kenya

Role Summary

The Curriculum and Training Advisor will design, improve, and deliver high-quality training programs for Field Sales Agents (FSAs), Regional Training Officers (RTOs), and Sales Team Leads (STLs), ensuring SunCulture’s workforce is equipped to maximize farmer engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project work plans and coordinate with TechnoServe.

  • Improve FSA recruitment through structured assessments and digital pre-screening.

  • Design training modules, onboarding schedules, and digital reinforcement learning.

  • Create a Field Sales Agent Playbook with daily/weekly structures.

  • Conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions for RTOs.

  • Provide feedback loops for continuous training improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years’ relevant work experience.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

  • Expertise in train-the-trainer models and productivity adoption.

  • Experience with salesforce enablement and digital learning systems.

  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • English fluency required; local languages preferred.
