County Implementation Officer (F4B)
Role Overview
The County Implementation Officer (F4B) is responsible for coordinating and implementing Future4Binti programme activities at county level. The role focuses on community engagement, survivor-centred programming, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of high-quality interventions addressing FGM/C, child marriage, and related social issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate county-level implementation of Future4Binti programme activities
- Develop and manage county work plans, budgets, and implementation schedules
- Engage county and national government stakeholders and community partners
- Support capacity strengthening of sub-granted organizations and community champions
- Lead survivor-centred care initiatives using trauma-informed approaches
- Coordinate trainings on advocacy, safeguarding, and social change communication
- Support monitoring, reporting, and data quality assurance
- Facilitate programme reporting in line with donor and organizational requirements
- Support communications, documentation, and visibility initiatives
- Participate in resource mobilization and programme growth efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Community Health, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in county-level programme coordination
- Experience working on FGM/C, GBV, child protection, SRHR, or advocacy programmes
- Strong understanding of community engagement and social change approaches
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
