Job Description

The Content Creator is a dynamic role designed for a storyteller capable of developing and managing engaging digital assets across multiple lifestyle and media platforms. This position involves the end-to-end production of social media posts, videos, podcasts, and blogs, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and high audience engagement. By analyzing performance metrics and monitoring emerging social media trends, the Content Creator refines digital strategies to drive reach and conversions. The ideal candidate blends creativity with technical proficiency in video editing and data interpretation to maintain a strong brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital content, including reels, videos, podcasts, newsletters, and blog posts
• Develop and manage a structured content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all platforms
• Maintain and protect the visual identity and brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Produce, film, and edit engaging video content using modern design and editing tools
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and traffic to refine content strategies
• Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align content with broader marketing goals
• Interpret data from Google Analytics and social media insights to drive informed content decisions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media Studies
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or a similar creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling and multimedia content production
• Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut)
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and social media analytics tools
• Excellent narrative-building, written, and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
