Client Manager – Public Sector Technology Sales

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic public sector technology accounts by aligning client needs with NTT’s solutions and delivery capabilities. The Client Manager acts as a trusted advisor, coordinating internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions while achieving revenue and relationship targets. The role requires strong account planning, executive engagement, and disciplined sales execution to support long-term partnerships within government and public institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned public sector client accounts and relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives
  • Lead joint account planning and long-term growth strategies
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver client solutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards
  • Facilitate executive-level engagement and sponsorship
  • Provide accurate sales reporting and pipeline management
  • Ensure timely completion of training and development requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in public sector IT client management
  • Strong CRM, reporting, and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
