Role Overview
The Client Manager will manage and expand relationships with key regional clients across Digital Network Services. The role requires strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to align client needs with NTT’s technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships across all solution areas.
- Drive revenue and margin growth by developing tailored account strategies.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Identify business opportunities and implement client engagement plans.
- Minimize churn and enhance customer retention.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in global account management or IT sales.
- Strong understanding of digital network solutions and enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and modern CRM tools.
- Experience in managing multi-market clients and complex sales cycles.
