Role Overview
The Chief of Staff oversees administrative coordination, scheduling, correspondence, and protocol support for a senior office. The role ensures efficient daily operations while maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and professional governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and official travel
- Coordinate correspondence, briefing notes, and documentation
- Serve as central coordination and information gatekeeper
- Support protocol, official events, and formal engagements
- Track action points and ensure follow-up
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 8–12 years’ experience in senior administrative or secretariat roles
- Experience supporting senior leaders or dignitaries
- Strong discretion, judgment, and organizational skills
