Role Overview

The Casual Bartender will craft signature and classic cocktails, engage guests with personalized service, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism within an upscale hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision and creativity.
• Engage guests professionally to enhance their bar experience.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Set up and maintain the bar area to meet hygiene and operational standards.
• Promote featured beverages and upsell premium items.
• Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service flow.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 months bar experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Expertise in mixology and cocktail presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
