Case Management Data Senior Specialist
Role Overview
The Case Management Data Senior Specialist provides strategic and technical leadership for case management information systems across IRC protection programs. The role focuses on data quality, system governance, analytics, and capacity building to strengthen evidence-based protection programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide centralized guidance on case management IMS standards and practices
- Support rollout, configuration, and administration of Primero and related systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection and information-sharing standards
- Deliver technical support and training to country programs
- Conduct regular and ad hoc data analysis across protection streams
- Strengthen integration between case management IMS and MEAL systems
- Develop guidance materials and analytical resources
- Support strategic planning and system enhancement initiatives
- Represent IRC in inter-agency IMS coordination forums
Qualifications
- Experience with protection-related case management systems (GBV, CP, PRoL)
- Strong skills in data management, analysis, and Excel
- Experience with mobile data collection tools (CommCare, ODK preferred)
- Ability to produce clear technical guidance and analysis documents
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English; French, Arabic, or Spanish is an asset
