Miml Business Development Officer – Corporate Business
Role Overview
This role drives corporate-side growth for unit trust funds and wealth management products. The focus is on building durable corporate relationships, expanding assets under management, and scaling distribution through independent financial agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales of unit trust funds and wealth management products within the corporate segment
- Retain and expand funds under management from existing corporate clients
- Acquire new corporate clients and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Recruit, train, and manage independent financial agents focused on corporate business
- Coordinate with business development and marketing teams to drive targeted campaigns
- Support structured marketing initiatives to increase production within key segments
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- At least 1 year experience in corporate sales, preferably in financial services
- Sales and marketing certification is an added advantage
- Strong analytical ability with a high level of self-drive and maturity
- Proven capability in sales management and relationship building
- Effective presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
