Role Overview

You’ll be the primary engine for our growth in Nairobi, spending your time hunting for new business, qualifying leads, and designing pricing strategies that win RFPs. Key Responsibilities

• You’ll scout for new business across all logistics verticals, from road transport to e-commerce fulfillment.
• You will take the lead on preparing winning proposals and responding to complex RFPs in collaboration with our pricing team.
• Your day-to-day involves managing the full sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition from the initial pitch to the final contract signature.
• You’ll keep a close eye on what the competition is doing and use customer feedback to sharpen our service offerings.
• You will act as the bridge between our clients and the operations team to make sure every delivery meets the promised standard.
• You’ll use CRM tools to track your progress and stay on top of your sales targets.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• You bring 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the Kenyan transport or logistics industry.
• You are a pro at contract negotiation and have a solid track record of hitting high-pressure sales goals.
• You have the presentation skills to impress senior stakeholders and the persistence to follow through on long sales cycles.
• You are comfortable working independently and navigating the fast-paced nature of the logistics world.
