Business Development Executive

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading sales activities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and infrastructure markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and engineers.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
  • Manage and support the sales team, including route planning and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within construction.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, contracts, and project cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
