Key duties include conducting pre-and post-trip vehicle checks, ensuring the vehicle is clean and well-maintained, accurately logging all trips, and providing a high level of professionalism and responsibility while transporting passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Safely operate the school bus on designated routes, ensuring the well-being of all student and staff passengers.
• Schedule Adherence: Adhere strictly to the defined transportation schedule and timetable.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular pre- and post-trip vehicle checks; ensure the bus is clean and proactively report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and the Academy’s internal transport policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete daily trip logs, fuel records, and maintenance reports.
• Passenger Management: Ensure an orderly and safe environment on the bus during transit.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Kenyan driving license (Class D or relevant PSV class); Certificate of Good Conduct; minimum 3-5 years of experience driving buses or commercial vehicles; strong knowledge of road safety and basic vehicle maintenance.
