Nyota Njema Real Estate is seeking a creative and data-driven Brand and Social Media Growth Strategist to take charge of the company’s social media and customer-facing brand experience in Nairobi, Kenya. This strategic digital role is focused on increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and strengthening customer trust through compelling content, optimized paid campaigns, and engaging community management in the Kenyan digital marketing space.
Position Summary & Impact 🎯
The Growth Strategist defines and executes a monthly social media strategy directly aligned with core business objectives, leveraging platforms like Meta and others. Key tasks involve creating and managing a diverse content calendar (including short-form video), running and optimizing paid social campaigns to maximize ROI, improving brand experience across all touchpoints, and monitoring social analytics (Meta Business Suite) to provide actionable performance reports and drive lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities 🔑
- Define and execute a monthly social media strategy aligned to business objectives to increase brand reach, engagement, and qualified lead generation.
- Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar (video, static posts, stories, thought leadership) maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Run and rigorously optimise paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads) and measure ROI to maximize cost-efficiency and lead volume.
- Improve the overall brand experience across touchpoints (social, landing pages, client materials) to increase conversion and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Success teams to convert social leads into qualified prospects for handover.
- Monitor all social analytics and produce weekly/monthly performance reports with clear, actionable optimization strategies.
- Coordinate and mentor external creators, freelancers, or interns to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Utilize proficiency in basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and graphic design (Canva) to produce engaging assets.
Essential Qualifications & Experience 🎓
- Mandatory Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media strategy and brand management.
- Portfolio: Proven social media portfolio demonstrating measurable growth and engagement results.
- Skills: Excellent content creation and compelling copywriting skills tailored for social media platforms.
- Analytics Proficiency: Proficient in analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Expertise: Strong understanding of social media channel best practices and basic brand experience principles.
