Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview

This role supports the execution of real estate sales strategy by strengthening market intelligence, managing sales teams, and driving performance across residential land and housing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of sales strategies to exceed targets
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management of sales teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate partners
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align sales initiatives
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and land sale regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
