Assistant Product Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Product Manager supports the coordination of marketing, sales, and production tasks to ensure the successful delivery of product development strategies. This role is central to Supply Chain Management (SCM), involving the analysis of market trends, PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) management, and competitive benchmarking. By working closely with the Product Manager, the assistant develops pricing models and launch materials, ensuring that product data is accurate and that promotional plans are effectively communicated to regional sales teams and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports based on market activity and company targets
• Assist in developing pricing models and promotional plans for Key Account Executives
• Monitor production, shipping schedules, and logistics to ensure product availability
• Analyze competitive market share and identify issues through store visits and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate product data within the internal system (Product Net)
• Support the marketing team in producing training modules and promotional tools
• Coordinate with the factory and HQ regarding product and marketing communications
• Support the execution of new product introduction events and industry shows

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management
• Fluent proficiency in both English and the Korean language (mandatory)
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving supply chain and marketing
• High level of business acumen and ability to manage internal and external partner relationships
