You will oversee the delicate balance between product availability and sell-through rates, ensuring our sports footwear and apparel lines are positioned for maximum turnover across all outlets. This is a high-accountability role focused on technical retail planning and vendor synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive assortment planning and buying strategies across the store network.
  • Monitor stock levels continuously to eliminate stock-outs and minimize aging inventory.
  • Direct store-wise stock allocation based on granular sales performance metrics.
  • Generate and interpret daily sales reports to provide objective performance insights.
  • Enforce visual merchandising standards to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage vendor relations, overseeing order placement, delivery timelines, and replenishment cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related Retail field.
