Role Overview
Inventory precision and commercial strategy dictate the success of our retail footprint. This position demands a rigorous approach to merchandise management, requiring an individual who can translate sales data into actionable stock movements. You will oversee the delicate balance between product availability and sell-through rates, ensuring our sports footwear and apparel lines are positioned for maximum turnover across all outlets. This is a high-accountability role focused on technical retail planning and vendor synchronization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive assortment planning and buying strategies across the store network.
- Monitor stock levels continuously to eliminate stock-outs and minimize aging inventory.
- Direct store-wise stock allocation based on granular sales performance metrics.
- Generate and interpret daily sales reports to provide objective performance insights.
- Enforce visual merchandising standards to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage vendor relations, overseeing order placement, delivery timelines, and replenishment cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related Retail field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in retail planning.
