Role Overview
This role provides frontline customer support, ensuring clients receive timely assistance, accurate information, and a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Handle basic administrative and printing tasks related to customer service.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Support daily customer service operations as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Business, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (email, MS Word, printing).
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
