Role Overview

The gap between raw data and actionable business insights often leads to missed opportunities and operational inefficiency. We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to solve the problem of fragmented information by building a robust, analyst-ready data infrastructure from the ground up. Your challenge is to resolve data quality hurdles by designing automated ingestion pipelines and implementing strict governance rules using dbt and SQL. By developing intelligent AI agents and workflows, you will bridge the gap between technical complexity and business needs, ensuring our data foundation is both scalable and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve data ingestion bottlenecks by designing and deploying robust cloud-hosted pipelines.
• Eliminate raw data messiness by creating efficient transformation processes using dbt, SQL, and Google Cloud tools.
• Solve data integrity issues by defining and enforcing strict governance rules and security protocols.
• Identify performance gaps in the Data Warehouse and manage its administration for optimal accessibility.
• Bridge the automation gap by developing custom AI agents and tools that interact with external APIs.
• Resolve architectural inefficiencies by assisting in the evolution of our scalable data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Data Engineering or Back-end Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong coding skills in Python.
• Deep technical understanding of dbt, BigQuery, and modern ELT architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with AI engineering concepts such as RAG and Vector Databases.
• Rigorous attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and Git version control.
