Role Overview
The Aftersales Casual supports post-purchase operations by inspecting products, handling service issues, and supporting quality assurance processes. The role involves technical assessment, coordination with internal teams, and customer communication to ensure issues are resolved efficiently within e-commerce service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect returned or faulty products
- Support aftersales service and basic repairs
- Communicate with customers on service issues

Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification
- At least 1 year experience in aftersales or technical support
- Basic electronics and troubleshooting knowledge
