Administrative Assistant

Role Overview

Jaba Tamu Juice™ is expanding rapidly, and we need an organizational expert to bridge the gap between our production quality and our distribution efficiency. Our current bottleneck lies in the coordination of high-volume communications and record-keeping that keeps our beverage brand moving. We are looking for someone who sees a disorganized file or a missed delivery follow-up as a challenge to be solved. Your contribution will directly impact how quickly our juice reaches the hands of our customers by streamlining the logistics and administrative backbone of our Diani Beach operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve operational friction by managing daily office support and administrative tasks.
  • Overhaul and maintain company record systems to ensure information is accessible and accurate.
  • Act as the central liaison for distributors, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Support financial health by tracking invoices, expenses, and assisting with basic bookkeeping.
  • Eliminate communication silos between management and external clients through active follow-ups.
  • Optimize office resources and stock movement data entry to prevent supply chain delays.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Office Management or Business Administration.
  • Practical experience in an administrative capacity where you solved operational hurdles.
  • Proficient in digital tools including Excel and WhatsApp for business coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with high integrity and attention to detail.
  • Resident of or willing to work in Diani Beach, Kwale.
