Direct oversight of the facility’s financial health is the core focus of this role. You will manage daily accounting operations and ensure all hospital financial procedures remain in strict compliance with statutory regulations.

Role Overview

This position requires a meticulous professional to handle full-cycle accounting. You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial data, from basic reconciliation to high-level reporting and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive financial reports and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Execute budgeting processes and maintain strict cost control measures
• Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles efficiently
• Ensure total compliance with hospital financial protocols and national statutory requirements
• Monitor cash flow and provide accurate data for management decision-making

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification in accounting (CPA-K or equivalent)
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in automated accounting software systems
• High level of integrity and accuracy in financial documentation
