Account Manager (Integrated Practice) — Clovers Management & Training Consultants Ltd (Nairobi)
Clovers Management is hiring an Account Manager to lead integrated marketing communications for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position focuses on the execution of public relations, digital strategies, and creative campaigns.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Account Director, you will manage the daily operations of client projects. The objective is to identify client communication needs and deliver recommended solutions within set budgets and timelines while supervising a team of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and digital content strategies.
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Create detailed proposals and presentations to support new business acquisition.
- Oversee the production of high-quality creative and editorial content.
- Manage project budgets and ensure revenue targets for the portfolio are achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications.
- 7-8 years of experience, with at least 5 years within an agency setting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or mentoring role.
- Strong background in research, analysis, and strategic execution.
- Professional certification (CPR/CIM) is considered a significant advantage.
