Academic Quality Controller

Overview

SABIS® International School is looking for an Academic Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards of the SABIS® Educational System™ are maintained. This role involves rigorous classroom observation, teacher mentorship, and performance analysis. You will be the primary link between the school’s academic results and parental communication, ensuring that the proprietary teaching methodology is applied effectively to drive student success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily classroom observations to ensure adherence to the SABIS® point system.
• Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to teachers regarding their performance.
• Analyze student results through SSMS trackers to develop action plans for academically weak students.
• Coordinate with regional centers to ensure subject choices meet government and university requirements.
• Conduct regular spot checks on student workbooks and diaries for quality control.
• Organize and oversee academic support sessions and meet with parents regarding progress.
• Facilitate teacher training programs and conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Mentor teachers and students, serving as a role model for professional and ethical conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of direct SABIS® experience is required.
• High proficiency in MS Office and academic reporting software.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results and take accountability for academic outcomes.
